What prior years does the software support?
Our software supports the current tax year and up to 3 prior years. You’ll be able to easily access and file returns from previous years as needed.
What kind of computer do I need to run the software?
A Windows-based PC or laptop (HP preferred) is ideal. But, you can use a Mac PC.
Can I add employees to work under me?
Absolutely! This is your business. You’ll be able to add either employees (Data Person) & PTIN holders under your business and manage their access. We’ll show you exactly how to build, train, and manage your team effectively.
Can I use the software on a tablet or phone?
Yes the online version of our software is mobile-friendly and can be accessed via tablet or smartphone with an internet connection.
Can I transfer my client list from another software?
In many cases, yes depending on which software you’re transferring from. Reach out to us via email with the name of your previous software and we’ll walk you through the options.
What’s the difference between Desktop and Pro Web (online version)?
The Desktop version is installed directly onto your computer, while the Pro Web version is cloud-based and can be accessed from any device with internet access.
Can I file business (corporate) tax returns with this software?
Yes! You can file both personal and business tax returns using our platform.
How do I update or resubmit my bank product enrollment?
Once you’ve been granted software access, you’ll be able to view and update your bank product application directly within your account.
